Description
Gothic Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot and Syrah.
Zinfandel offers dark fruit and spices, complemented by the smooth tannins of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon adds fresh dark fruit flavours, and firm structure, while the Syrah adds a smooth blueberry flavour, combining them in perfect harmony for an incredible California blend.
Food Pairings: Barbequed ribs or chicken wings in a sweet sticky marinade pair wonderfully. As do hamburgers, steak, lamb and meat-topped pizzas. You could also pair Vin Bon Gothic Red with blue cheeses and chocolate desserts!
