We create each batch, one at a time, keeping each customer’s personal taste in mind.
We start with exceptional quality juice and grapes imported from around the world and crafted by our own Master Winemaker. We are Ontario’s largest Boutique Micro Winery with almost 40 years as a craft winery, offering a truly custom-vinting experience.

100% Fresh Juice
We are the only craft-winemakers who make all of our wines from fresh juice resulting in a more consistent and premium wine.
No Water Added
Because we start with fresh grape juice, there is no water added to our wine.
Less Preservatives and Additives
Our wine contains less than 1/10th of the preservatives or additives found in traditional retail wine purchased from a liquor store.
100% Vegan
We do not use any animal by-products during the wine making process. We use clay based products for filtration.
Environmentally Friendly
We take pride in being an environmentally friendly company by re-cycling and re-using our wine bottles.
