White wine pasta sauce

    Instructions

    1. In large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic, red pepper and sauté until golden (about a minute).
    2. Add salt, pepper, wine and butter.
    3. Stir 2 minutes, remove from heat and toss with pasta, chicken, scallops or shrimp.
    4. PASTA - Bring a pot of water to a boil. Prepare noodles al dente.

    5. Garnish with parsley and fresh grated parmesan
